We offer a wide range of services for public and nonprofit events – from fundraising to auctions and galas to concerts. We know you work hard to make our community a better place to live, work, and play. Our region provides a variety of locations and resources to meet your needs – including meeting spaces, catering services, lecturers, speakers, musicians, and more. We make sure your events are successfully managed and coordinated, so you can focus on what’s important – bringing your organization to a higher level. Our attention to detail and focus on attendee satisfaction will ensure your staff, board members, and leadership can make the most of their time together.

Pinnacle Events planned Woofstock, an all-day event to benefit ARF (Jackson County Humane Society). It was a howling success from beginning to end. Julie and Emily planned all elements of the event from securing venues, vendors and bands, asking them to donate their services to benefit ARF. They met with artists, cooks, vintners and our board for scheduling tasks. Every detail was closely monitored, down to the candles and flowers for the ARF’ter hours wine, cheese and chocolate pairings and music at Soul Infusion. What makes Julie and Emily’s Pinnacle Events so special is their commitment to the community: their beautifully planned events benefit all of us and showcase our lovely mountains as a great venue for a special day, evening or week among generous, caring, talented people.

We are a small non-profit agency celebrating our 20th year anniversary this year and we decided to host an event for children and families with very little lead time. Emily and Julie of Pinnacle Events made it possible for us to pull off a wonderful Gala on short notice. Emily has coordinated several events through the Public Policy Institute at Western Carolina University.
